Happy Birthday Kelsey! 19? How can that be? I am not old enough to have a daughter that age!!
We tried really hard to get the perfect birthday photo, but we were not successful. Looks like your grandparents were, however. We hope you had a wonderful day and look forward to celebrating your birthday when you get home.
We love you lots.
We miss you tons.
We can't wait to have you home again soon. Love, Dad, Mom, K2, K3, K4, Boo, and Sherman.

Happy birthday, Kelsey and Kevin!!!
Have a great year.
As always, you're the best!
Love from us.

This year in school our fundraiser was called "Adventure Around the World". Each class chose a country to display. My class chose the Netherlands. With the help of many, including Mom Fennema, we put together a great booth. The windmill is simply a furniture box but it looks pretty convincing.

This dutch dude looks dashing as he sports the costume we made. I am not sure what is wrong with his neck. Perhaps the weight of his dutch-size brain is weighing him down.
These two kids are my favorite. I might need to make a man-size vest for this hombre.
The garden was full of flowers made by my class. Fun facts about the Netherlands were printed on the larger tulips. We served some dutch cookies and double zout (not sure how to spell that!) It was fun.

Dear Family,
I was asked to post some pictures of my new hair cut. Here are four pictures, I am not sure if they do my hair justice but you get the basic idea. I love you all and miss you so much. Keep adding posts because I love reading/viewing them. I LOVE MY FAMILY!!!

Some Pictures from Kelsey...

For those of you who have met them and those of you who have yet to meet them, these are my roommates and will by my roommates next year. From Left to Right: Jillian (Thousand Oaks, So Cal), Briana or Bri (Rancho Cucamonga, So Cal), and Minette (South Africa).
This sketched image is me before graduation waiting with anticipation and intrigue. Like the image I was an outline, a fragment of who I am today and who I will be tomorrow.

This picture was taken before the Graduation Rally...The brighter blue is my gown flowing over my pant leg...

This is a picture of Kevin before a tennis match...

While we checked out Long Beach State these two yahoo'schecked out the fountain. At least they were cleaner than when we arrived.

Although the sun wasn't out we all found a happy spot at the beach.
