Hello Family,
So I thought I would give you guys a little update on my life thus far. I have been enjoying the joys of being out of school for about five days. My last final was on Thursday evening but only had one other that Monday. I was able to pull an A on both, although both teachers gave me the question/s before the test. I am now hanging out with my family friend for the next several days. I get to stay to witness the graduation event at my youth group. My eighth graders are graduating and I may cry witnessing my first class move up to high school. It breaks my heart, but makes me overjoyed at the same time. God is doing amazing things in their lives and them moving up only gives them more opportunity. As for me, I am officially an upperclassmen, it is a weird, to know that I only have two years left, I am so old!!! Other than that, I am most excited about my roommate coming home with me. She will be around for 6 days and I cannot wait for her to meet and spend time with my entire family. She is amazing. Well that is all for now. I cannot wait to see my family again and hear about all of their lives. I love you all!!!!!!! God Bless!

Wow, I can't believe my last entry was a few months ago. Time moves way too quickly for me. Kelsey is done with her second year of college and Kevin is getting ready to graduate. He has decided to go to San Diego State (now that the drug dealers have been cleared out!). I can't believe he is leaving me. Just "yesterday" he said he would live with us forever. Not a man of his word! Kev is very busy with the end of the year fun and also starting up a job....a job?....actual paycheck kind of work? Yes! He had his first day of training yesterday. You go Kevin!
Kyle survived his year in Jr. High. Survived. Barely. I don't regret the move to the new school but it wasn't easy for him. I think next year will be better.
The last yahoo...Kabes. Kabes sang his first solo in the Spring Sing. He did an excellent job and I was so proud of him. I am happy that he sang well, but more pleased that he made himself stick it out. After the program he made the comment: "I just wanted to get off that stage! I didn't like it."
Jabes has landed himself a little motorcycle to run around town. It was the answer to his midlife crisis, the fact the Kev's car was stolen, and the added benefit of the rising gas prices. Well, Kev's car has been found but that motorcycle is still in the garage. I guess the midlife crisis and high gas prices are still around. We followed him home from Nana and Papa's the other night. It was weird to see him riding on that thing. I think he is going to ride it out to Santa Fe....keep your eye out!
